Unfortunately my sweet precious smiling baby is sick, I mean stuffy nose, wheezing sound in breathing, yucky sick:( Moms out there know the worst moment in the world is when your baby is sick because you just want to take the yuckiness all away. Even though Jay Jay's sick he is still smiling and sweet!
So on Monday we had Jay Jay's appointment. He weighed 16 lbs 10.5 oz and was 26 3/4 inches long. He was in the 97th percentile for height and 90th pecentile for weight! He had 4 shots which unfortunately caused him to be very grumpy and tired and feverish for that day and the next two days following. Also Jay Jay has several things he now does, he turned over for the first time on Januay 11th, he is also reaching for things and people and today he reached for Randy and said Dada!! I'm not sure yet if he truly understood what he said but it was so sweet!
So today marks not only Jay Jay's 4 month birthday but the day he decided to completely turn over from back to tummy! He has been attempting this milestone for over a month now but until today hadn't fully turned. I was washing my face this morning while Jay Jay was laying on his back playing with his feet when I turn around to find him completely on his tummy!! I'm so proud of him! He's growing up so quick! Also I am not attempting to learn photography just for fun so I've been taking some free classes online so all the pictures today we're attempts at stepping outside the box and trying to take a different view of a picture. Hope you like them!
So I've realized it's been quite awhile since I've made my last post which is due to how busy I have been with Christmas and New Year's. I still I have been very busy taking more new pictures of Jay Jay. He is now almost 4 months old and getting bigger and bigger. He is now reaching for things and trying to grab objects. He loves playing with his feet and his hands and other people's hands. He loves his jumperoo and kicking his legs. He still is cooing and laughing all the time but still hasn't said his first word. He is drooling like crazy and eating his hands like crazy, I know this is due to teething but have no clue when his first tooth will come in.
