Move baby move! Moving to 8 weeks

New this week: Webbed fingers and toes are poking out from your baby's hands and feet, his eyelids practically cover his eyes, breathing tubes extend from his throat to the branches of his developing lungs, and his "tail" is just about gone. In his brain, nerve cells are branching out to connect with one another, forming primitive neural pathways. You may be daydreaming about your baby as one sex or the other, but the external genitals still haven't developed enough to reveal whether you're having a boy or a girl. Either way, your baby — about the size of a kidney bean — is constantly moving and shifting, though you still can't feel it.(www.babycenter.com)

Starting this week I've had way less nausea the past couple of days. I can actually feel my appetite returning! Hallelujah!!! I have noticed my sciatic nerve has been driving me crazy lately, which I'm not too sure if it's from baby or has nothing to do with the pregnancy. I'm still having cravings for different foods, for instance we ate at Bob Evan's last night and I had the pot roast dinner which the pot roast was ehh but the potatoes and cup of potato soup I had was great!! I can't believe I only have four more weeks and I can see my little baby and hear it's heartbeat! I'm counting down the days! Only 28 more days to go! Yay!

I remember being SO excited about fingers and toes on this week!!! :D Now he's sticking those toes down into my side and tickling me! LOL! Yes, I'm ticklish from the inside too, it seems! :D I have this one little spot on my side that CAN NOT be touched and he can stick his little piggies in that spot from the inside and wiggle them to send Mommy into giggles!!! :D :D The time will fly!! It seems crazy to think I've only got 18 weeks to go!

Tip of the week: Go ahead and get started with a strtech mark lotion if you haven't (I use Palmer's Massage Lotion for Stretch Marks {I got mine at Walmart}). I didn't start mine this early, but it would have been good too. The more the earlier the better you'll be ready for them!
